Such is the case in a recent report as a nursing assistant who had been employed at the Riverside Rest Home has been arrested and charged with stealing medication in the form of Fentanyl pain patches from residents.

A Southwest Washington paramedic has been accused by Federal prosecutors of swapping painkillers with tap water. The Seattle PI reported on a criminal complaint filed where prosecutors contend Camas paramedic Bradley C. Allen admitted to siphoning the prescription painkiller Fentanyl out of pre-loaded syringes and then refilling them with tap water.
