  • A Southwest Washington paramedic has been accused by Federal prosecutors of swapping painkillers with tap water. The Seattle PI reported on a criminal complaint filed where prosecutors contend Camas paramedic Bradley C. Allen admitted to siphoning the prescription painkiller Fentanyl out of pre-loaded syringes and then refilling them with tap water.
